Papers of the Reibey estate [manuscript].

The papers deal mainly with the division of Mary Reibey's estate among her daughters, Eliza Thompson, Elizabeth Ann Innes and Jane Atkinson. Included are early deeds of lands in George Street, Macquarie Place, Petersham, Wilberforce, Newtown and Liberty Plains; also deeds and correspondence 1882-1885 of Sir Joseph George Long Innes (grandson) re the Post Office resumption of Chisholm's in George Street. Other papers include a lease to William Pitfold, marriage settlement of Elizabeth Reibey and Joseph Long Innes, Thomas Reibey's will, correspondence with Governor Macquarie re leases. There are also legal documents connected with the following:- John Macarthur, Pencilville Estate, Newtown, William Singleton, Edward Bennett, John Atkinson, Parkhurst estate, Royal Admiral Hotel.
